The Story:
It all started when Nico started playing in a band back in high school. He was always very artistic, drawing his crazy bold designs during his classes. As he began playing in the band Saved By Grace he saw the trend of the graphic t-shirt and hoody that became a staple of every concert he played. He always wished he could of done that along with playing so as he kept playing over the years he always kept drawing. He designed the websites the band had and the merchandise that they sold.
Now he is in his senior at college about to graduate with a degree in Accounting and has Breathe On Apparel with a best bud Eric.
ABOUT:
Breathe On Apparel is something that Nico and Eric (a best friend from grade school) wanted to bring into everyone's life that they could. It more so began as just a way to wear designs that they both came up with wishing other clothing lines would create. But none fit the style that BOA brings. Breathe On Apparel brings a unique style incorporating some louder designs to more subtle designs that can be worn without having to make a loud statement or blinding someone with your shirt when you walk through the door with a neon tee. The line brings influences from music, urban life, and new age art.The line sponsors musicians and has begun to reach out to the Action Sports arena with sponsoring some underground skateboarders, surfers, snowboarders, and anyone in between. BOA tries to fuse together something that is not really seen in any lines today in that they incorporate so many diverse styles into each shirt or design. With each shirt and package their is a huge amount of care and focus on the small things that will matter to everyone in the long run. We try to stay rooted and most of all have fun.
OUR IDEA:
Each design is printed in limited quantities because people love what others do not have. I learned this idea from a very well established entrepreneur and friend. Each item will have its number out of how many were produced so you know that you are unique and that what you own is limited and you are a part of that limited breed, a vandal or misses, part of a limited crew. It's time you joined the crew!
